Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how [Company legal name], IČO 57670005, with registered office at Obchodná 559/37, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia ("RevoiceLabs", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on revoicelabs.io and app.revoicelabs.io. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is issued under Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications and the ePrivacy Directive.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We also use browser storage (localStorage) for similar purposes. "Session" cookies are deleted when you close the browser; "persistent" cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. "First-party" cookies are set by us; "third-party" cookies are set by other companies.

2. Consent

Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the Service cannot work without them. All other cookies — analytics and attribution — are set only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you choose "Essential only", no analytics script is loaded and no attribution cookie is written.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of revoicelabs.io. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect immediately for future storage; cookies already set can be deleted in your browser.

4. Attribution cookie (consent required)

If you decline, this cookie is not written. Campaign and referral parameters present in the address of the link you clicked are still passed through to the sign-up page in that address, because that is part of the link you chose to follow, but nothing is stored in your browser.

5. Analytics cookies (consent required)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how many people visit revoicelabs.io and which pages they read. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage, data sharing for advertising purposes and Google Signals are disabled, and we do not use Analytics to build advertising audiences.

The Analytics script is loaded from googletagmanager.com only after you accept. Google's own terms are at policies.google.com/privacy. Where Google processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Other third-party cookies

Payment processor (Stripe). When you open the checkout in the app, Stripe sets cookies on its own domains for fraud prevention and to process the payment. These are necessary to complete a transaction you have requested. See Stripe's cookie policy for details.
Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This sends a request to Google's servers, including your IP address, but sets no cookies.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, delete and block cookies in its settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to the app.
Deleting rl_attr removes campaign and referral attribution for future visits.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because analytics and attribution require your explicit consent here, a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal does not change anything for visitors who have not accepted. If you accept and later send such a signal, use the Cookie settings link to withdraw consent.

9. Changes

We update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be accompanied by a new consent request.
